Ballan's Great Vintage Rally.
Members from the East to meet at Brandon park Shopping Centre Car Park at 8.00 am for 8.15 am departure, with a 15 minute stop at Todd Rd. Service Station and depart at 8.40am for the \Old Ballan Racecourse, Racecourse Rd. Ballan.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***
December's meeting for Tuesday 3rd December will not be held that night INSTEAD it will be on WEDNESDAY 4TH DECEMBER to be held at Shannons Auction Rooms, 40 Corporate Dve, Heatherton from 8.00pm till 10.00pm. We will have the opportunity to inspect the cars prior to auction. We will then have a small meeting followed by supper supplied by Shannons.

Monthly Meeting
The meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month ‘(except November, second Tuesday in the month due to Melbourne Cup Day).

Please note: New members If paying by cheques they should be written out in accordance with the form (see attached form), If you wish to pay via the Internet you can contact the Vic and Tas club and you will be given the bank account details.
Please make sure that you send the whole form in which must be completed fully with all details, signed and dated. Once this has been done your membership will be sent to you.
Current members note that renewals are on there way to members we ask you to check that all their personal details, are correct and that you ensure you write out cheques correctly, sign, date and return the whole form fully completed.
If members wish to renew via the Internet please ensure that they put your Surname and membership number when they do this as this is your personal club identifier code.
